Great skin is the result of a combination of different things. Diet, genetics, care, environment. We at Boost Skincare are committed to helping you with the “care” part of that, but don’t forget about the others. If you smoke, stop. Unless you really don’t care THAT much about how your skin looks. Smokers can be easily spotted, at least by the Boost Skincare team by that slightly off, grey/blue complexion, or slightly leathery complexion.
Dr. Perricone, a great skin specialist who has a terrific skincare line himself, had a diet published at one time that incorporated a lot of salmon, olive oil, salad. We tried it out ourselves and yes, it worked. Fabulously. But we started having nightmares involving long eel shaped salmon that actually flew through the air! The Omega and other oils in the salmon and olive oil creates a great skin. This can also be seen in pregnant women who are producing more oil to their surface skin.
