This one is simple. For great skin, don’t squint, raise your eyebrows up when talking to others, or otherwise make faces. If you wonder how people get those deep grooves on their foreheads, wonder no further. Every time we see a young woman raise her eyebrows, we feel like putting our hands on her forhead and pulling the skin down. So, no squinting or making faces. Please!
If you must gesture, do it with your hands!
