Fall means getting your skin ready

With the begining of Fall (yes, we know, Summer is sadly over) it’s time to begin thinking about your Fall and Winter Skin care routine.

Use the Boost Skincare regimen, and augment it by eating a handful of walnuts each day (about an ounce or so) and Salmon one or twice a week. It’s a good habit to have and Fall means getting your skin ready. Getting your skin ready by getting it nicely lubricated with the nutrients that foods such as these provide.
