The promise of glowing gorgeous skin…

Other than using Boost Skincare’s incredibly simple, healthy products what else can you do to get glowing gorgeous skin? Get oily! Yes, get oily! Eating more salmon and other oily fish, walnuts, olive oil and avocados will positively get your skin spectacular looking. This and exfoliation in conjunction with this. Of course you should do this in the form of a moderate mediterranean diet, but do this as an experiment: eat a small/normal portion of salmon twice a day (!) accompanied by a leafy green salad with olive oil on it. Then throw some walnuts on your yogurt (with a bit of honey!). Do this for three or four days, exfoliate at least once while you’re doing this. Voila…the promise of glowing gorgeous skin. Fulfilled!
