<p>Use the Boost Skincare regimen, and augment it by eating a handful of walnuts each day (about an ounce or so) and Salmon one or twice a week. It&#8217;s a good habit to have and Fall means getting your skin ready. Getting your skin ready by getting it nicely lubricated with the nutrients that foods such as these provide.</p>

As always, the number one thing you should do it use sunscreen. But make sure you apply it more than once a day! Select one of the Helioplex products, Neutrogena has some great ones.</p>
<p>Exfoliate regularly. If you want that tan to last and look great, please, exfoliate! Nothing dulls the complexion more than dead skin cells sitting on top.</p>
<p>Drink water, eat fruit, lay off the alcohol and heavy foods. Stop smoking. Use a light serum or oil instead of a cream moisturizer.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s all you&#8217;ll need other than love, smiles and sunny days!</p>
